On Thursday, April 23, the Coordination Office for Women and Business in the district of Cuxhaven, in cooperation with the Equal Opportunities Officer at the Stade Employment Agency, invites interested women to a yoga workshop.

Anyone preparing for a professional interview or presentation usually spends a lot of time honing their content. But words only make up a small part of the presentation - the majority is determined by body language, which also includes posture. For this reason, the Cuxhaven Women and Business Coordination Office is organizing a workshop for women with posture trainer Anja Kempf on Thursday, 7 May in Schiffdorf.

On Thursday, June 4, the Cuxhaven District Women and Business Coordination Office invites interested women to a workshop with Kristina Brinkmann, Equal Opportunities Officer at the Stade Employment Agency

On Friday, June 5, the Coordination Office for Women and Business in the Cuxhaven district invites female entrepreneurs and those who want to become one to a workshop with Axel Junker, a qualified tax consultant. The focus will be on the annoying, yet so important "paperwork". Clean bookkeeping, taxable profit determination and proper cash management can make the difference between the success and failure of a company and therefore deserve attention right from the start - not only with regard to the tax office.

Working life today demands a lot: high resilience, flexibility, constant commitment - and all in a good mood! As a result, many women are always running at the limit, which not only reduces their enjoyment of work, but can also make them ill in the long term. In cooperation with the VHS im Landkreis Cuxhaven e.V., the Koordinierungsstelle Frau und Wirtschaft Landkreis Cuxhaven is offering a four-hour seminar with resilience trainer Susanne Puvogel on Tuesday, June 9th.

The Cuxhaven District Women and Business Coordination Office would therefore like to invite women who are in the family planning phase to a lecture on Thursday, June 11 on the legal consequences of the birth of a child. Judge Thomas Walther will show how personal and financial disadvantages can be avoided - especially in connection with a possible separation of the parents;
