Anyone preparing for a job interview or a presentation usually spends a lot of time refining the content. But words account for only a small part of the presentation—the majority is determined by body language, which includes posture.

For this reason, the Cuxhaven Coordination Office for Women and Business is hosting a workshop for women with posture coach Anja Kempf on Thursday, May 7, in Schiffdorf. Wearing comfortable clothing and thick socks, the workshop will explore how inner attitude influences outward appearance, how one’s posture is perceived by others, and how self-confidence can be boosted through an active posture.

The two-hour workshop is free of charge and will take place from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the VHS im Landkreis Cuxhaven e.V., HdB Rooms 2 and 3, Friesenstr. 7, 27619 Schiffdorf.
