Seminar "With new power into the job" with Susanne Puvogel
Today’s professional life demands a lot: high resilience, flexibility, constant readiness—and all of this with a positive attitude! As a result, many women are constantly pushing themselves to the limit, which not only diminishes their enjoyment of work but can also lead to illness over time. For them, the Coordination Office for Women and the Economy in the Cuxhaven District, in cooperation with the Adult Education Center (VHS) in the Cuxhaven District, is offering a four-hour seminar with resilience trainer Susanne Puvogel on Tuesday, June 9.
The goal is to strengthen self-esteem, reconnect with one’s own feelings and needs, set clear boundaries, and thereby ensure one’s own well-being—at any age, at any time.
The seminar is free of charge and will take place from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Giebelzimmer at Burg Bederkesa, Amtsstr. 17, 27624 Geestland. Please register by June 5, 2026, at fundw@landkreis-cuxhaven.de
The Cuxhaven District Coordination Office for Women and the Economy is co-funded by the European Union, the State of Lower Saxony, and the Cuxhaven District. It is part of the Cuxhaven District’s Department of Economy, Mobility, and Tourism.
